Step #1

Open a Ticket

When you create a ticket, an Support Agent will be contact by the automatic system and if the Agent is not available, the system will start the escalation process.

Procedure

When you click on the Get Remote Support Button, download process will start.

When the file has been downloaded, open the file with double click.

A Chat windows will show you more details.

Two windows will ask you for permissions, click on OK/Yes/Accept in order to allow us access.

Business Hours: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm (GMT-6 CR Time).

After Hours: Please Open a Ticket using the link in Step #1, we will contact you.
